I’m here to help position people for success in life and career. There is a deficiency within career placement today in that individuals are not being properly educated as to how one should go about navigating what it takes to make strategic career moves. Based upon my proven process, as described within my testimonials page, I will help you use your talents and promote them to employers.
I provide customized strategic coaching to mid-career professionals and career transitioners in numerous disciplines including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Branding, Program Management, Project Management, Customer Experience, and Legal. I have assisted countless professionals with getting into, and earning promotions within, established corporations and innovative startups.
In addition to my executive coaching experience, I have also worked as a recruiter for various Fortune 500 companies. This experience has helped me identify strategies that have helped applicants stand out from their competition and win over the individual or team in charge of hiring decisions. I love helping clients not only find the job and/or career of their dreams, but also to get hired by the company of their choice.
I earned my Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Alabama and I am passionate about helping others discover and develop their true potential. Currently, I serve as a Consultant for a Woman-owned Consulting Firm specializing in leadership / organizational development and culture transformation. Previously, I was the Assistant Director of Alumni Career & Professional Development at the University of Denver. Here I greatly expand virtual, onsite, and digital training and development programs for a network of 140,000 global alumni consisting primarily of career-oriented professionals and corporate employees. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, playing tennis and collecting records.
